Zorbi & Postlight Reader Chrome Extensions

Who wants to make learning a tiny bit easier? This week we have two Chrome Extensions that help streamline everyday educational tasks! They are quick, helpful and can be used in any content area!
Postlight Reader
First up is Postlight. Once you add this Chrome Extension to your browser, you can clear away all of the extras on Websites. Postlight is a great way to only have on the screen what you need to read and takes away the distracting animations, extra images and ads. This Extension is really helpful when annotating on a digital white board or sharing articles with students. It is also helpful for students that have a hard time focusing on research when working on their Chromebooks. This tool is quick to use. Just click the extension and your screen clears right up!
Zorbi
The other nifty Chrome Extension we chat about this week is Zorbi! if you are looking for a way to make content flashcards, Zorbi pops right up on your screen so it is easy to transfer information. The Extension also then links to their website that has all kinds of flashcard resources. Once you have an account created, you can create all kinds of flashcards and have access to shared resources. You can upload PDFs and also color code your flashcard decks. This site is a great alternative to Quizlet and there are many options to help you study.
