You’ve got classroom management and this one I have found super helpful for new staff because I also run the mentor program in my district and a lot of our some of our staff are new.
[00:04:15] Shanna Martin: Like new to our district, but have been teaching for 10 years. Other staff we have new to teaching where they have never had like formal classroom management training, depending on where they’re coming from. And this is just practical advice for classroom management, like an entry routine, how to diffuse students gaining their attention, um, transitions.
[00:04:39] Shanna Martin: After class conversations and it is a one page poster that is just very easily to like very easy to read beautifully laid out and you can print it, share it with new staff and it’s a great like here’s some tips for classroom management. If you want to talk more. I will demonstrate how this looks in the classroom, or we can talk about how it looks in your classroom.
[00:04:59] Shanna Martin: Cold calling. They just have so many different resources here in these posters. Of all the things, there’s all kinds of one pagers, but these posters are free and very helpful for educators. And for, um, laying out new, uh, concepts in your district or in your classroom, they have, like a whole, like, there’s a whole poster on formative assessment.
[00:05:21] Shanna Martin: There’s just so many creative writing, like learning memory, just lots and lots of, These posters that are awesome and you can just download them and have them available to you. They have one page, teaching for persuasive writing. I mean, just on and on, like, there’s just so many peer critiques and what that looks like.
